New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor Drives Glass Industry Integration
In recent years, with the continuous development of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, companies have actively leveraged the resource and logistics advantages of the regions along the route to strategically invest in the glass-related industry.
Companies transport Qinghai soda ash to Guangxi, Chongqing and other locations via rail and other methods, supporting the local glass industry. The glass products manufactured in Guangxi and Chongqing are then transported by rail and road to the western regions, aiding the development of industries such as vehicle manufacturing, photovoltaics and construction.
Additionally, companies use the proximity of Beibu Gulf Port in Guangxi for direct sea shipments or international rail intermodal trains, expanding their reach to broader global markets.
