In the Northeast region, CR-Shenyang strengthens communication and coordination with customer enterprises, tailoring transportation plans for the “three frozen” goods. They also provide training sessions to personnel at these enterprises to enhance their emergency response capabilities, ensuring smooth loading, unloading, and transportation of these goods.
In the North China region, CR-Jinan implements measures to prevent the freezing of coal, ore, and petroleum transport vehicles. They coordinate in advance to ensure sufficient spraying of anti-freezing agents at loading stations, expedite the flow of vehicles to minimize transit time for perishable goods, and collaborate with unloading enterprises to ensure the safe and efficient operation of thawing equipment. They also increase the deployment of emergency unloading teams and equipment to promptly and effectively organize the unloading of frozen goods. Currently, 26 railway power plants under their jurisdiction maintain high coal reserves.
In the Central China region, CR-Wuhan ensures effective communication among executive officials at all freight transportation depots and leaders of relevant departments within their jurisdiction, ensuring accurate information regarding “three frozen” goods, establishing records and detailed measures in advance. They set up task forces led by senior officials to oversee the unloading of these goods, organizing on-site work and coordinating solutions to any issues arising during loading and unloading operations. They also facilitate continuous growth in the number of these goods being loaded and unloaded.
